Under the ANIMA banner, our wines are intended to be a multi-sensory experience at the crossroads of different modes of artistic expression and the senses.
By combining various artistic vectors with wine, our project aims not only to be a bridge between these two fascinating worlds, but also a way to enhance the tasting experience towards a 360° awakening of the senses.
Our design
To create iconic emotional wines enhanced by original works of art in a dialogue capable of expressing through each cuvée the singular personality of the vintage that created them.
ANIMA:
the genesis
of the project
ANIMA expresses what synthesizes the transcendental experience of wine. A nod to Aristotle's major work "De Anima" which lays the foundation for the knowledge of the 5 known senses, the 5 letters that make up ANIMA undoubtedly refer to what science struggles to theorize through the complex sensation of what emanates from a great wine: an acceleration of the pulse, a pleasure that mobilizes the intellect, a fleeting emotion that touches the soul for a long time.
