A way of enhancing the tasting experience by offering, through different artistic vectors, a multi-sensory universe that accompanies the wine to better affirm its personality.

If wine only exists through the ability of our tasters to analyze it, ANIMA wishes to enrich the tasting experience through a more varied palette of stimuli capable of transcribing as faithfully as possible what we wish to transmit through it: the quintessence of a unique personality resulting from a singular terroir and vintage.
Signature wines
It is this chimerical quest for authenticity that drives us to review each year the viticultural and oenological itinerary, as well as the entire artistic approach that accompanies our wines. Thus, our collective is involved in each stage of the creation of our vintages; from the selection of the plot to the bottling, including the creation of the label and the original soundtrack that accompanies it.

TO CAPTURE THE UNIQUE
The climate typology gives each vintage a distinct personality and profile. This is why we select the plots dedicated to our wines before each harvest to capture the essence of the vintage. Sourced from the finest terroirs, at varying altitudes and exposures, our grapes are grown exclusively organically and are lovingly cared for by talented winemakers.
In the same spirit, and when the physiology of the vintage calls for a particular artistic expression, we do not hesitate to build bridges with other talented artists and musicians with whom we collaborate. A collective that has no other limits than the desire to express itself and have fun to co-create unique moments of emotion.
